Exciting news for IEEE members attending WiPDA 2025 in Fayetteville, AR, from November 10 to November 12, 2025! The IEEE PELS Women in Engineering (WiE) Committee is offering a travel reimbursement program, reimbursing up to $500 for domestic and $1000 for international conference-related travel expenses.
Eligible applicants must be IEEE members, committed to attending the WiE Breakfast Event on November 11th, 2025, and have a valid full registration receipt.
Female-identifying attendees and IEEE PELS members will be prioritized, and applicants cannot receive other grants for WiPDA 2025.
Submit your application with proof of IEEE membership by September 19, 2025. Travel award notifications will be sent by October 3, 2025, and travel expenses will be reimbursed after the conference.
